Janna Duncan, owner and founder of Drummond Ranch, has have more than a decade of competition and training experience.
Among television's favorite herding experts, she has been featured on NBC, ABC, A&E, National
Geographic Television, Animal Planet and The Family Channel. She has been featured on 60 Minutes with Cesar Millan, in addition to shooting an episode on cattle for "The Dog Whisperer. She conducts classes and herding
demonstrations throughout Southern California, including at the L.A. County Fair, Irish Fair, Queen
Mary Scottish Games, California Poppy Festival, and the Special Olympics. She has also been
featured in Time magazine, Associated Press, Los Angeles Times, Daily News, Antelope Valley
Press, Ventura Star, and the books Big Dogs, Little Dogs, and Working Dogs.
Co-founder of the San Fernando Valley Herding Association, and founding member of the Greater Los
Angeles Stockdog Club, Janna Duncan is also a licensed herding judgefor the
American Kennel Club, the
American Herding Breed Association and the
United States Border Collie Handler's Association.
